NTI Days
Fayette County Public Schools may use non-traditional instruction (NTI) in place of school closings for severe weather. On designated NTI days, Locust Trace campus remains closed and activities remain cancelled, including after school activities and events, but instruction continues virtually unless otherwise notified by district leaders.
- Classwork will be posted in each teacher's Canvas course.
- The assignments will be a continuation of learning from previous days with no new content or skills being covered. Dual credit courses may have new material, as needed.
- Class instruction will not be live, but teachers will hold virtual office hours between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. All links to virtual office hours will be posted in each teacher's Canvas course.
- Students have three days upon return to in-person classes to submit NTI assignments.
